Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

A friend of mine is in the process of getting a divorce. Her husband came up with a proposed parenting plan for there 2 year old son. They both agreed upon everything. He signed the papers and turned them into his lawyer then the next day he's asking for more time. Why? What could be going on? There both wanting to go uncontested.

If one party is asking fo something contrary to the agreed parenting plan, them it isn't really Uncontested. Your friend needs to at least consult directly with a family la w practice attorney very soon. He may not hire one to represent him in the case, but he needs to get advic specific to the facts of their particular situation.
