Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Harrassing drug dealing neighbors

My neighbors have been harrassing me trying to pick fights vandalizing my home and when ever I call the police nothing is done. I recently went to court over a domestic matter involving them and the judge continued the case for about another 120 days on the way out the court room I noticed a mob of the same individuals who instigated the whole situation from the start. Through the judges infinate wisdom he saw fit to call for security while I was in the court whom later had to escort me out of the building for fear of my saftey. Three weeks later I notice a process server in the block trying to serve me papers for what I don't know, These same people are riding by my house yelling see you in court for what I dont't know . What I want to know is there an incident report of the judge calling for security in the courthouse that day and how do I get a copy of it. And how longs does a processes server have to serve an order to face charges , also how do I get something to stop them from harrassing me and my family ?

Re: Harrassing drug dealing neighbors

Grenerally the process server will have about two weeks to try and serve you. I don't understand why you are trying to avoid the service. Have you tried to get a Temporary Restraining Order against the ones who threatened to harm you? What is the "domestic matter" that you are going to court about? Are you accussing the neighbor(s) of something or are they accussing you?

I can't advise you about your options without more information.

Good Luck,

Tony Smith
