Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Can I lose custody of my son from my boyfriends record? Nothing involving children or abuse. Have full custody now fathers trying to say he will take him if I dont leave my boyfriend whos never hurt children?

Dating a man with a criminal record does not usually cause a change in custody. Housing the children with a violent felon can.
