Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My nephews father is on SSI and was told that he didn't ever have to pay child support. Now he has a job and hasn't turned in any of his check stubs. Is this legal? Does he still not have to pay my sister child support?

Unless your sister is on state aid, it is up to her to seek a Support Order.
