Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I recently had a motion to modify finalized. In one of the items I agreed to was access to my children's school records. At the time i agreed to it and didn't give it much thought as I never received them anyway. Well I am now filing for an abatement for back child support as i never received the proper school records as required by law to continue to pay child support past the age of 18. It states if they are enrolled in college and provide me with the right papers(class schedule, transcripts ect) I must continue to pay but if they fail to do so at any time after the age of 18 the support ends. This is state law. Now my question is; can this judge override this state law by NOT requiring my children/ex-wife to provide me with the proper documents as required in the statues?

No It is required self reporting by the child. If the child did not do so you must file to end the child support and recoup the overpayments.
