What does it mean when the respondent's attorney files withdrawal of notice of hearing in a child custody modification?

If you have an attorney, you should be asking your attorney these types of questions. And, if you are not repreented by an attorney, you should be, If you insist upon representing yourself, then the law says that you should be held to the same standards and the same requirements that an attorney representing you would be.
