My sister is willing to allow myself and my husband to obtain legal guardianship of my nieces. How would I go about this in missouri?

What about the father of the children? What does he say. You can file for guardianship where you live. What kind of guardianship do you want? For School purposes, health purposes, etc? I would suggest you contact an attorney to discuss this matter. You will have certain responsibilities for the children and you need to have those responsibilities explained in detail.
