Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My son is thinking of divorcing his deaf wife, who can no longer work because of seizures and DUI arrests which prevent her from driving. They own their home, while she has always worked she has never paid any household bills including house payments. The question is: will he be responsible for paying her alimony?

Under the facts you described, your Son may have to pay soak support for a while. But, it isn't certain.
