Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My ex is supposed to refinance the house she got in the divorce to get me off. She hasn't done it and has had late payments since the divorce that show up on my credit. What can I do?

Consult with the lawyer that represented you in that phase of the divorce proceedings. It may be that you'll need to seek to have the ex found in contempt.
