Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Missouri

Is it copyright infringement if I sell my school notes and notecards online to other students? Also, if I provided a medium for other students to sell there notes and notecards would there be any violation regarding copyright infringement?

Any attorney will tell you that the copyright to your school notes and note cards most likely belongs to you as the author. Notes and note cards authored by the other students make them the copyright authors. If everyone consents it sounds like a novel and practical idea. But consult with a good copyright attorney in your area for specific advice.
