Lease agreement
If a lease has expired and the tenant sontinues living in the property but landlord does not present a new lease, is the tenant responsible to pay for the time lived in property without signed lease agreement?

Yes. Under the facts you described, the tenant probably owes for a month of rent for every part of a month they stay.
