Automobile crash
A guy pull out in front of me and I hit him broadside last June. His insurance company and I settled for my car, but have yet to settle any medical claims. I have some scarring from the airbags and I've had other problems, but the Doctor has yet to find anything wrong. To settle they want all my medical bills sent to them, I've sent pictures of the scars. My health insurance has been the one paying the bills. Should I settle now, get an attorney or find another doctor. The guy was in a company car and I think they want to get it over with. I'm afraid if I settle now, something could happen down the road

You should consult an attorney and do so before you sign anything. Soft tissue injuries are often difficult to detect. You may need to be seen by a specialist.
Consult an attorney as soon as possible so that you can get proper compensation.

I agree with the other replies that you should contact an attorney!
Under Missouri Law, you are entitled to recover all of your damages from a car crash, both economic (medical bills, property damage and lost wages) and non-economic (pain, inconvenience, lost enjoyment of life, etc.) The fact that your health insurance paid the bills doesn't preclude you from recovering all of your damages- the wrongdoer doesn't get the benefit of your purchase of insurance! Sometimes, health insurers are entitled to repayment, but that is uncommon in Missouri.
Scar cases are difficult to evaluate, and consequently, require an experienced lawyer to maximize your recovery. Likewise, non bony injuries are typically underpaid because they are not always documented completely. If your doctor can't diagnose your problems, you have two options: accept that you will have to live with your complaints, or get a second (and maybe third) opinion as to the nature of your injuries.
Finally, you asked if you needed an attorney. That depends- do you have the time and expertise to pursue all of your damages from an experienced insurance claim rep? If this were a simple case with uncomplicated injuries, the likely answer is yes. Given your injuries, however, an experienced trial attorney can probably do much better for you than you would do for yourself.
