Hit head on by drunk driver
I would just like to know why I have to file bankruptcy at the age of 25 because I got hit head on by a drunk driver with no insurance.I need more surgeries I am permanently disabled and I have to pay all of these medical bills.He gets to start his life over.Is there anything that can be done?

It is hard to say what your options are - there may be some, ranging from what made the accident happen other than the drunk driver (road conditions, the bar that served him) to who else might be liable (an employer) to other sources of insurance coverage (underinsured motorist).
