Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I bought a house that has an easement for a shared driveway. There was no problems with the renter next door that shares the driveway. Well that renter moved and a new one just moved in a month ago. this new renter keeps blocking the driveway and does not help with the upkeep of it. I have talked with the ower of the house they rent and the owner will do nothing, I have had it. These people next door are even parking in the driveway just to get a rise out of us. What can be done?

Sadly, you may need to charge them with trespassing. It isn't the owners vehicles blocking the driveway. Of you block the drive, the owner will have to get involved, because the owner only has a right to come onto your land via the easement. The easement is owned by the home owner not the renter.

Good luck

I would need to read the "easement" prior to offering any advice. But, you may have the right to file suit for breach seeking a Restraining Order or asking for monetary damages. Please consult with an attorney.
