You may ransfer ownerwhip to your granddaughter. But, while she remains married, ther is always the chance that the house may be considered in deviding their property in a future divorce. If she borrows agaisn teh house, the husbands interest will ahve to be addressed propbably at the time fo the loan, and definately, if it ever foreclosed upon.

As far as how to transfer the house, you should consult direclty with an attorney in the area where the house is located, or where you live. Many attorneys offer a free or low cost initial consultation.
