Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
My grandparents have some land they want to leave to the grandkids. They said it should stay in the family and NEVER e sold. Is there a way after they are gone to insure that it is safe? Do they need to set it up in one persons name or is there issues with having more people on the title for the land? What is the best way to set this ups o its around for future generations and nobody gets gready?

Your grandparents need to hire an attorney. They may need to establish a Trust, or they may only need to do a Beneficiary Deed. The law does not allolw a transfer of real estate that would prohibit the land from "never being sold". And, yes, there are many issues wiht having propertytitled in the manes of multiple parties.
