Legal Question in Traffic Law in Missouri
It is a hit and run in Missouri if you walk inside a restaurant after hitting a car with your car door if someone was in the other car?

It could be. The pertinent facts decide the case. But, if one lets the other car's occupant, or the Police know that they're in the restaurant, it less likely that one could be convicted of hut and run, or fleeing.
