Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My two daughters were married at the time I drew up a living trust. They have both since divorced and have different last names. One has remarried. The other one now uses her maiden name. When I die, will they have any trouble getting their inheritance?

They should not have any trouble - they are still the same people. If there is any chance of confusion, however, you should amend or restate the trust. Chances are that there are other considerations that may have arisen resulting from the divorces and remarriages. Go see a lawyer to be sure.
