Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

My grandmother passed away and left all 9 grandchildren her home but she put it in a trust we are wanting to put the deed in one grandchilds name. Do all grandchildren have to sign the contract or only the adults ( 4 adults and 5 minors) or the power of attorney?

Your question states facts that contradict each other. Your grandmother either left the property to the grandchildren or she transferred it into a trust. If it is owned by a trust, then an attorney would need to review the trust document to determine what may or may not be done. Please consult with an attorney.
