Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

in missouri if a parent dies without a will there are 3 siblings. The daughter who has always lived there has now been made executor of the home which has been payed for for years. How long does she have to make a decision if she wants to continue to live there. the two brothers have houses of their own even though they are heirs. The daughter has been made excutor of the estate.

If the daughter is the persoanl representative of the father's probate estate, she has as long as that particular court will allow for deciding how to divide the property. If she has not been appointed personal representative, and is nto trustee of a trust that own the propety, she is nto the executor of anything. She will remain in power as long as the foolish other heirs at law (her brothers) allow her to.
