Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

my mother passed in january, i was left 800,000, my problem is this i have legal problems and a warrant for my arrest. i have given someone power of attorney, to handle all my finances,the person my mother left in charge is afraid to follow through with the will. he is afaid he will be aiding a fugitive and breaking the law. it is going to court for a judge to decide. i am hoping the judge will allow my power of attorney to handle the money etc. is ther anything that says if you are wanted on a charge that you dont collect money from a will? please let me know something. i need the money. i am having a baby soon and i ned the money to help me with my legal problems.
