Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Montana

Legal will in another state

We have had a very simple WIll drawn by an attorney practicing in California. We now are residents of Montana. Is this will valid in Montana or would if have to be rewritten?

If you own or plan to own any real estate in MT, it is highly recommended that you have a MT will. It is a good idea to consult a professional concerning your overall estate plan every 10 years or after a major relocation.
