Good Time Laws

I want to know what the federal good time laws are for the state of Nebraska. This is in regard to a federal indictment for drug charges.

Re: Good Time Laws

The federal "good time" regulations are the same for all states and for all crimes.

Currently good time accrues in the federal system at the rate of 53 days per year of sentence served.
