Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nebraska

Auto Accident

My car was rear ended while I was waiting at a red stop light (due to icy road conditions). The other insurance company has reimbursed me for all vehicle expenses but refuses to reimburse my chiropractic bills until my case is ''closed''. My chiropractor may refer me to an orthopedist since after 6 visits, has not been able to stop the pain, numbness & tingling in my arm (pinched nerve, bad disk??) If I demand reimbursement for expenses already incurred, do I give up any rights for future medical expensens?
