Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nebraska

Inheritance after divorce

My mother died in 1984 I was divorced in 1987. In 2003 my exwife found in Iowa's lost and found stock certificates left from my mother. Iowa's website listed me and primary benificary and the exwife as second. Well we both signed the legal papers to get them from Iowa, she now has them and will not communicate with me to get them traded in. The stock has been bought out from another company and they want to convert or give us the market value. First does she have any right to any of this and how do i get her to talk or get the certificates from her.

Thanks, Gary
