Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada

Photographs

The group i belong to recently terminated a relationship with a member of our board of directors. He was basiclly asked and was forced to resign for failing to complete our nonprofit paperwork with the IRS and many abusive and violent outbursts at group events. Over the last three years we have accumulated dozens of photographs with this person in the said photographs. He is now using the (SUE) word if we do not remove the pictures. I must say that his involement in the group was voluntary and a waiver was signed holding our group harmless for any loss or theft (the basic waiver) can he make us remove the photographs.

Re: Photographs

If he signed a waiver that provided that you may use the photographs as you see fit, then he is out of luck. If the waiver required that he be employed or associated with the organization there may be grounds for his demands.
