Legal Question in Business Law in Nevada
Poker league
I want to start a free poker league, and host free tournaments at local bars. As long as I don't charge a buy-in, can I legally host these games, and reward prizes to the winners? (Without a gaming license, of course)
What are my restrictions, if any? Are there any types of bars or restaurants that cannot host local poker games from my league?

Re: Poker league
You will need a gaming license to do that.
