Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Nevada

my truck was repo and then I paid the amount due on my bill, but I have not been able to get my truck back yet. It's been more than 45 hours since I wire them the money. Is this legal?

If the bank asked you to pay a certain amount to get your truck out, and, if you paid that amount, you should get your truck according to the agreement. Ask the bank where to go to get your truck and for a document releasing it to you. If you now have the title, make sure you have a copy of it, not the original with you. If you still don't get your truck then you may have to sue someone to get it back. Keep the papers showing you paid as agreed and to whom you paid, keep all letters and correspondence. google me.
