In the State of Nevada, can a debt collector garnish your wages without serving you any papers?

The short answer is no.

However, the debt collector probably took a default judgment against you. If they did that they filed an affidavit that purports that you were served. You need to obtain a copy of your file from the court and file an objection to the garnishment with the court based upon the failure to have been properly served.
