Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Grandtheft never done bad things before
i would like to know if there is any way around a felony with grandtheft. Also what all could be done to me if i am charged with it.

Grand thefts are usually reduced to petty larceny in plea bargains for the first offense. Usually then there is a fine and petty larceny school involved. Grand theft is a felony with 1-5, but usually probation is given for first offenders like in the case of Winona Ryder.
