Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
Serious question
Ok, me and my friends went to Neveda...I currently live in California where age of consent is 18...One of my friends is 16, and her parents OK her coming with us. In Neveda we had sex, and I am kind of worried. In Neveda the age of consent is 16. Can I still get into trouble if the act was commited in Neveda?

The age of consent is 16. However, you may be guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor which is a misdemeanor, but not statutory rape.
