Legal Question in Criminal Law in Nevada
In the state of Nevada what happens if you have two months left before you expire and finish parole and you haven't checked in within the last month or so?

most likely the parole officer will arrest you and place you in custody. Then it will be up to the parole board to determine if they want to close out the case or send you back to prison to serve out the remaining time.
