Re: Child Custody

You would be able to modify the custody arrangement if you file a joint petition with the Court. I would advise seeking the advice of an attorney in helping you properly prepare, file, and appear on your behalf.

If you would like to consult with an attorney in my office regarding your matter, we could arrange a consultation to discuss your matter.

Re: Child Custody

I'm a little confused by your posting. I think you mean that you want to have primary physical custody of your children. If you would like to speak further about this further, please call my office to schedule a consultation.
