Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I am a resident of nevada.I am a soldier stationed in virginia and my wife lives in newyork I have divorce papres typed up and ready to be sent all of them have been notorized except for my resident witness form wich is required to prove i am a resident my question is how can i prove i am a resident using my LES even if i do not have an adress or a witness to sign my forms?

What does your pay stub say as your home residence. Do you file a 1040 listing Nevada as your residence? Do you have a Nevada driver's license? Things like this you can present to a judge.
