my wife has decided to divorce me, we have a 3 year old, marital assets and we've been working on a wrongful termination lawsuit (for the last two years of a three year marriage)that can be worth millions of dollars.

Under the marriage law of Nevada,if she was to file divorce right now, will I be entitled to part or half of our settlement?
