divorce: wife is outside US
my wife is currently living in the Philippiines and i used a no-fault /uncontested divorce form. can i use that to file even though my wife is outside US. What form do i need for her to sign to get my divorce finalize and file.

You can use the same form so long as your wife notarizes it.

If you served her with a complaint for divorce, you would need to prepare an Answer, which she would need to sign before a notary. This document would then need to be filed. Also, you need to prepare a Decree of Divorce which she would also need to sign before a notary and the same would need to be submitted to the court with your submission documents, your residency affidavit and the affidavit of your resident witness.
