Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

ex-husband's pension

I was married for 30 years. divorced in 2005. I am 53 years old. I was a stay at home mother of three children. In lieu of alimony I was relieved of a tax liability. My ex husband has recently cashed his pension from a company he worked for 13 years during our marriage. Last year he mentioned that I was a beneficiary, but we haven't spoken to each other for over 8 months. Now I heat that he's buying cars and jewelry from the pension. Am I entitled to some of the pension? How do I find out? We live in seperate states.

Re: ex-husband's pension

You should have gotten your pension share in the divorce if you knew he had a pension then. Now it is too late.
