Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

After my divorce decree was filed

awarding me the family vehicle my

exhusband filed bancruptsy and called

the bank to repo the car while I was at

work. The loan is in his name so the

bank is not even suppose to tell me if

he has an account with them. I've paid

half the car off what should I do. I

have 3 babies in car seats. I need a

car. Is my ex husband in contempt ?

You can file a motion to ask the Judge to make him get you another car or for alimony.
