Any legal rights if a sister passed away?

if a sister passed away, can she leave her house to my brother, leaving me out? would I have any rights?

If she did with a will, she can leave her property to any one she wants, unless she is married, then she might have to leave half to her husband.

Can you make a claim of undue influence by your brother? Was her will changed when she was very weak? If so, you would have to sue in the probate to challenge the will.
