I was married in Nevada (Clark County) can I file for divorce in another state a

If a person was married in Clark County, Nevada, does one have to return to or obtain legal representation in Nevada to obtain a divorce?

No. If you are both residents of Arizona, any dissolution matter can be filed in Arizona.

You can file divorce in a state where you or the other party reside. You must reside in AZ for 90 days prior to filing here.
