Move child out of the state of Nevada

Where can I find the appropriate forms to file a motion to move my child out of the state of Nevada?

The motion is just part of the process. First you have to ask the othr party if they will agree, if not, then you file a motion. In the motion you have to set forth the Schwartz factors showing the court that you are entitled to move. Schwartz in the name of the Supreme Court case that discusses what you need to prove in order to move. If the other parent opposes the move, the court will set an Evidentiary hearing at which time you have to prove to the court you should be able to move. I would recommend you get an attorney if the other parent opposes the move.

Try the self help center at the courthouse. They may not have it. If not, you should hire a lawyer or at least a very, very, knowledgeable paralegal.
