Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Parental Alienation

Two and a half years ago,the mother of my children of thirteen years ran off with a crack addict, taking everything. At that time she drugged me,tried to have me arrested, sold and/or hid our amassed possesions, and most of all,has denied me access to my two children. She initially told them I was dead, but since has been on the run making it difficult to continue to track them down.At the moment they are about six hundred miles away. She e-mails me every once in a while since ,supposedly, her & the boyfriend have split up.Still I have not had any type of communication with my kids.I am worried about them and have been trying to locate them once again to determine some course of action to get them back in my life and a safer environment. When I have had the brief opportunities to talk with their mother to offer solutions and help, she has given no realistic way of sending money, offering an address or contact phone numbers, nothing!I would like any possible phone numbers or contacts that may be able to help me solve my problem. My overall goal is the well-being of my children.I understand that this is the first step of many to accomplishing this task.Thank you.

Re: Parental Alienation

I am confused by some of the facts in your question. I don't understand what state you are in and what state you believe the children are in.

I also wonder if you ever filed a police report or reported your case with the National Center for Missing and Children.

Finally, has your paternity of the children been established?

There are resources that I can refer you to, but more info is needed.

In addition, if you have the financial means, I can refer you to a licensed medical professional. His speciality is parental alienation and reunifying abducted children with their parents

Re: Parental Alienation

File a court action, and if you can't find her to serve her, you'll "serve" her by publication in a newspaper. Obtain a custody order. Then turn it over the the DA's child abduction unit to find her.
