Relocating with children

I live in reno nv and want to relocate with my children to sacramento ca which is about 1hr30min. I have joint custody but i am the primary custodial parent. The fathers do not agree so we are requesting a hearing what are the odds that they will say no i cant take my children? Note that i am doing this for my career and my childrens eduationg not out of spite and im more than willing to come up with a visitation schedule that fits the needs of the children and the fathers they just dont want them to go at all what do i do?
