seperation?

i have been married for 10 years. me and my husband seperated 9 years ago [but not legally]. i havnt seen or heard from him in almost 5 years. child support has looked for him and can not find him. how do i legally seperate when i can not even find him?

Thank you for your inquiry.

I would advise you that you file a Petition for Divorce and request an Order for Child Support. Once you have an enforceable child support order you would need to have a wage garnishment place on your husband.
