time limit to file

What time constraints, if any apply to my x husband paying me court ordered alimony and health insurance for one year. Both of which he has failed to comply with, court ordered 11/02/2005.

Re: time limit to file

He is allowed to be 30 days late before a court will do something. It looks like that he is 12 months late so you can go in for contempt. You have five more years to collect the money but I would guess that a judge would not hold him in contempt if you don't file pretty soon. The longer you wait, the less likely you would get contempt.
