Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My ex wife is not following our decree as far as visitation with my children. What is the best way to enforce my rights?

You need to keep a calendar of the dates that you miss and what she says. Eventually, you file a motion with the court for either (1) a change of custody or (2) for compensatory visitation. You might be able to get the police to help you if it is your day and your children are at the mother's house and she won't release the children to you.
