Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

Question , nevada , independent worker , a contractor working for a brothel in nye country . owner refused to pay last 2 weekes of wages , its a 50 /50 contract , but owner will not fursh pay records and signed contract copy to independent worker, also would not furnish copy at signing , requested all copys from owner dennis hoff of love ranch , he refused to supply them ... i have a medical issue that had resin out of food supplyed and cooked at the location. i lived at the brothel ranch 4 months and paid rent to stay there .i developed a serious gum infection which led to 5 teeth removed am i intitled to compention by laws ..

You would have to sue the brothel for the back pay. The 'Entertainers' in the brothels in this state are not covered by Worker's Compensation. You could sue for negligence. I don't think the case is very good, I wouldn't take it on a contingency.
