If I live in nevada and own rental properties (through my savings and hard work) am I eligible for unempolyment?

It depends upon the manner in which you hold your properties. For example, if you hold these properties in a trust, and the rent is paid to the trust, then you may be able to qualify for unemployment benefits. If you hold these properties in your own name, you will likely have to report the earnings from these properties as income.
