Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

I worked for at a restaurant since 2007. They have changed my time card weekly to avoid paying me more then 8 hours a day. They also removed entire shifts off my time card to keep their labor low. I was basically forced to resign recently. I requested a time card audit and they are giving me the run around and requested another 2 weeks to research. I contacted the Labor Board and they will only go back 2 years. Should I look into finding an attorney to get my money?

Maybe an attorney can help you. You may have not 2 years but 3 years to collect on your claim, but it depends on the facts. Feel free to visit my website overtimelaw.com and contact my office, I handle all sorts of unpaid wage claims.
