Legal Question
Late Fees
My tenant has been consistently late
with the rent during her 2 1/2 year
tenancy. Unfortunately, I never
enforced the late fees. She signed a
six month lease in December 2008
and can no longer pay the rent. I am
in the process of a pay or quit. Have
I waived all rights to collect any late
fees whatsoever?
